The Corsair's Gift Card: what you buy, how it arrives, how to use it.

What you are buying

A digital voucher, the Corsair's Gift Card, for the amount you choose among those offered on the site, to spend on food and drink at Morgan's restaurant in Passignano sul Trasimeno. The price is the value of the voucher, in euros, VAT included: there are no delivery charges or other costs.

How to pay

On the site the voucher is requested, not paid for: you leave the amount, your name, phone and email, and we call you. Payment is made at the restaurant or in the way we agree by phone. The contract is concluded when the payment arrives: from then on we issue the voucher.

How it arrives

Once paid, the voucher arrives at the email you gave, with the QR code, the code, the value and the expiry date, and the link to its page: you can print it, download it as an image or send it to the person you are giving it to.

If you prefer, we will send it to the recipient: you give their email, who it is from, and the day and time (before the voucher expires). It reaches them by email, with its QR code, at that moment (or once paid, if payment arrives later); you receive it once paid.

If you lose the code, write to us from the email you gave us: we will find it and send it again.

How to use it

• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the day we issue it, once payment is received: the expiry date is on the voucher.
• Show the QR code or the code (printed or on your phone) when paying the bill. It is a bearer voucher: whoever presents it can use it, and it is best to book a table as usual.
• It can be used over several visits, until the value runs out: each bill is deducted from it, and whatever is left stays on the voucher until it expires. Scanning the QR code shows the balance. If the bill is more than what is left, the difference is paid.
• It cannot be exchanged for cash and gives no change in cash. Once fully used, or expired, it cannot be reactivated.

Changing your mind

You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason, if the voucher has not yet been used: write to monia.morgan@libero.it with the code. We will refund the full amount within 14 days, in the same way you paid, and the voucher will be cancelled (Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code).

Complaints and applicable law

For any problem, write to us or call us at the contacts above: we reply within a few days. The contract is governed by Italian law; if you are a consumer, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the court of the place where you live. For personal data, see the privacy notice.
